PROFESSIONAL PROFILE DESCRIPTION
The film producer is responsible for the industrial and commercial aspects of the film work and his/her role is broad enough to encompass a variety of different figures and tasks.

The producer, or delegated producer, is sometimes referred to as the financiers' agent, and is in charge of the economic aspects of the entire production, while the executive producer, more directly involved in the actual organization of filming, has the task of harmonizing the director's artistic and technical requirements with the cost plan as well as their repercussions on the other roles of the cast, the set preparations and the various post-production necessities.

The creative producer is the key reference point for the coordination of all artistic and logistical aspects, acting as a “bridge” between the creativity of the screenwriters, the technical requirements of the production and the commercial targets of the distributors, ensuring the production of high quality audiovisual products.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This training programme is designed to provide a general background for the understanding of all areas of film production, from pre-production to the distribution of a film product.

Students will acquire the necessary tools to approach the international film industry, with the aim of developing their aptitudes, including creative skills, converging in the figure of the creative producer.
The course focuses on film production and organization techniques.

The programme will explore a wide range of topics such as funds and co-production markets, the development opportunities offered by the rich and varied national and international scene, as well as the overall organization of a set and all its figures.
The course concludes with a focus on the economic competences needed in production, enabling the development of a financial plan and a timeline.
